Feb 10-12 “Turning 15 on the Road to Freedom” - As the youngest participant in the 1965 voting rights march from Selma to Montgomery, Lynda Blackmon Lowery proved that young adults can be heroes. In celebration of Black History Month, Ally Sheedy directs Damaras Obi in this powerful and inspiring one-woman show.
Feb 17-19 Magical Weekend - Join magicians ‘EvilDan’ Terelmes, Colleen the Sideshow Queen, Sean ‘The Prankster’ Doolan, and Jason Ladanye in a full weekend of mentalism, magic of the midway, and close-up sleight of hand. A mind-boggling sampler of the best the world of magic has to offer!
Feb 25-26 “Hi! Are You Single?” written and performed by Ryan Haddad - Ryan is gay and far hornier than you are. He also has cerebral palsy. Direct from a pair of standing-room-only performances at the Public Theatre’s “Under the Radar” Festival and overflow crowds and standing ovations in two separate engagements at Dixon Place in NYC!
April 2 Garfield Moore, Classical Cello - Rostropovitch, Piatigorsky, and the great Casals, himself. These are the artists invoked by critics when they attempt to describe cellist Garfield Moore. This consummate performer has been widely hailed as a "master artist."
May 5-7 Fat Knight Theatre presents “ChipandGus” by John Ahlin and Christopher Patrick Mullen Two pals meet in the back room of a rundown neighborhood bar in Schenectady for their weekly game of ping pong. The stakes are high and friendship is at risk in this “comedy with balls”.
May 13 Lynn Kearney sings “What You Don’t Know about Women” - Broadway actress and chanteuse Lynn Kearney is joined onstage by former Fosse dancer Sonja Stuart in an evening of song dedicated to just how much the rest of us still need to learn about the female sex.
May 21 “Coney Island” (Concert Musical #1) - It’s the summer of 1946 and Frankie’s back from the Pacific with dreams of takin’ New York by storm. Grab the F Train for this big, old-fashioned, Broadway style musical penned by Catskill’s own Frank Cuthbert.
May 27-29 Performathon - Help us break a Guinness World Record while supporting BST’s capital campaign and discovering all the brilliant local talent our region has to offer. You can even sign up to perform yourself!
June 9-11 Dead Shot Mary - Rachel McPhee’s one-woman show tells the phenomenal true story of Mary Shanley who joined the NYPD in 1931, became one of the first women ever to attain the rank of Detective 1st Grade in the NYPD, and then nearly lost it all.

June 23 “Upon This Rock: The Magdalene Speaks” - Roxanne Fay (“Home Fires Burning”, “Dream Child”) returns to BST with a new solo show, a fascinating and imaginative reconstruction of the life of Mary Magdalene, follower of Jesus of Nazareth.
July 20-23 Rhinebeck Theatre Society presents “Copenhagen” - Michael Frayn’s ambitious, fiercely intelligent, and explosive re-imagining of the 1941 meeting between Werner Heisenberg and Niels Bohr, two Nobel Prize-winning physicists on opposite sides in the World War.
July 29 Bridge Street Belly Dancing - Experience an evening of accomplished performance artists traveling from all over New York and New Jersey, right here in Catskill! Hosted by the amazing Francesca Avani, this evening is dedicated to the growing, evolving art form that is Fusion Belly Dance. www.francescaavani.com
Aug 27 “South” (Concert Musical #2) - A
nautical yarn for grown-ups set in the 1860s. Pirates,
well-adjusted lesbian cannibals, an over-caffeinated
monk, a curious dealer of religious artifacts
and...well, we wouldn't want to spoil it. A new musical
by local boy Carmen Borgia.
Sept 30 Riot with Three - This dynamic musical trio (soprano Alison Davy, saxophonist Javier Oviedo, and pianist Gene Rohrer) perform a kickass concert of contemporary classics. You may even hear a world premiere!
Oct 14 The Hambones - With an accumulated 130 years in the music business, The Hambones return to BST! Anyone who heard their amazing tribute to Bob Dylan’s “Blood on the Tracks” last season will tell you - you don’t want to miss this!
Nov 18 Stephen Clair - Come celebrate the release of new music from Stephen Clair and The Pushbacks.
Nov 19 Ustad Shaafat Khan - Experience the vibrant energy and deep serenity of Indian Classical music when Catskill’s intimate Bridge Street Theatre hosts “East Meets West”, a recital by world-renowned sitar virtuoso Ustad Shafaat Khan.
Dec 1-2 The Fridge Plays - Daniel Talbott’s NICK & ZOE and Steve McMahon’s SAD INDIE LOVE SONG, two cutting-edge one-act plays for adult audiences direct from The Arctic Group’s recent Fridge Festival in NYC.
